**Join Our Amazon Seller Central Virtual Assistant Team!**

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Product Listing:** Managing product listings on Amazon.
2. **Monthly Invoices:** Compiling and organizing invoices using Google Drive.
3. **General Administrative Tasks:** Assisting with various administrative duties.
4. **Supplier Management:** Updating Cost of Goods (COGs) and Supplier Links.
5. **Transactions Report:** Generating and reviewing transaction reports.
6. **Catalog Management:** Adding Supplier Catalog with UPC/EAN to Actorio.
7. **Inventory Maintenance:** Requesting approval for inactive listings, reducing prices, and handling unfulfillable inventory.
8. **FBA Shipment Reconciliation:** Ensuring accurate FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) shipment tracking.
9. **Listing Enhancement:** Uploading condition notes and images for products.
10. **Reimbursement Requests:** Manually requesting reimbursements for Warehouse/Distributor damaged items.
11. **Account Health Management:** Monitoring and managing account health.
12. ** Plus other related admin tasks** and the option to train as a product finder/sourcer.

**Required Skills:**

– **Team Player:** A willingness to learn and grow with the business in the long term.
– **Proficient in English:** Good spoken and written English skills.
– **Amazon Seller Central/FBA Experience:** At least 1 year of hands-on experience, not just a course.
– **Organizational Skills:** Must be organized and detail-oriented.
– **Excel/Google Sheets Skills:** Competency in spreadsheet software.

**Working Hours:**

– Full-Time: 40 hours per week.

**Compensation:**

– Starting Salary: $350 per month or $2 per hour.
– Future Performance-Based Benefits.
– Paid Filipino Public Holidays.
– 10 Paid Holiday Days Per Year.
– 13th Month Pay.
– Pay Raises Based on Performance and Quarterly Reviews.
