You will be working with an Amazon FBA eCommerce brand based in the US with remote and global teams. This eCommerce global leader will be a hands-on, creative, data driven individual who will operate and grow eCommerce business. You will be responsible for P&L, sales, inventory, 3PL logistics and marketing campaigns. This position will require an individual with a proven track record managing a $100K+ P&L eCommerce business operation. This is a full time 40 hrs/week. position where you will work globally to apply your skills in talent management, sales, inventory management, marketing and advertising. The selected candidate should have a broad Amazon eCommerce sellers account/business track record. Experience at expanding sales from a few thousands to 100’s thousands dollar business operation is required. The role will focus on complete P&L accountability and maximizing profit. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION
– This leadership position will hire and manage a team including sales, marketing, purchasing, inventory control, logistics. Day to day efforts will be focused on sales revenue growth, increased profitability, optimizing digital platforms, Ads campaigns, purchasing and brand engagement.
– Handling Amazon Sellers Central as well as FBA. , and others.
– Responsible for team management for the companies’ listings, optimizations, marketing, PPC, product hunting, new product introduction and other innovative strategies to grow sales.
– Responsible for managing the team of order processing and logistics, to ensure all orders are being processed on time.
– Responsible to make sure the company has an effective inventory projection capability to ensure good flow of stock for continued sales momentum.
– Executing cutting edge marketing strategies and tactics to promote sales and brand awareness.
– Complete understanding of how to use third party software tools (such as Helium10, Jungle Scout etc.) to grow Amazon eCommerce business.
– Actively monitor eCommerce marketing trends, evaluate business opportunities and recommend new social media and digital marketing initiatives.
REQUIRED SKILLS
? 5+ hands-on Experience in managing and leading an eCommerce P&L business operation.
? Proven track record in Amazon Sellers platform and third-party software tools such as Helium10, Jungle Scout etc.
? 3+ Experience with strong leadership skills with a success developing, managing and growing individuals and teams.
? Experience in analyzing and creating Amazon Sellers marketing campaigns, google ads, social media performance metrics and conversion metrics to monitor and improve business performance.
? This position requires exceptional organizational and customer service skills combined with a comprehensive understanding of eCommerce operations, business and financial acumen to drive favorable results across multiple channels within the organization to meet and exceed the company’s goals and initiatives.
? Resourceful, attention to detail, creative, self-starter and ability to multi-task
? Proficiency in the English language; both verbal and written
? A MBA in eCommerce, Finance, Marketing, Advertising, digital communication or relevant degree.
? Excellent computer skills – MS Office and Google Productivity Suites. (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.) Excel/Sheets
