Rainforest is an e-commerce aggregator and brand builder. With our in-house team comprised of marketers, builders and product innovators, we’re focused on building best in class brands consumers can trust, specifically in the home, and mom and baby space.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to assist with our Amazon Seller account. The successful candidate will be responsible for interacting with Amazon Seller Support, primarily focusing on two key areas: requesting the removal of negative reviews that violate Amazon’s terms of service, and managing the change of GS1 barcodes for a large number of products.

Responsibilities:

Amazon Seller Support Interaction
– Open and manage support cases with Amazon’s Seller Support team on a daily basis.
– Maintain a professional and persistent approach when interacting with Amazon Seller Support to ensure the best outcomes for our business.

Review Management
– File cases for the removal of reviews that potentially violate Amazon’s guidelines., providing necessary evidence and information to Seller Support, and follow up persistently until the issue is resolved.

GS1 Barcode Management
– Oversee the change of GS1 barcodes for a large number of our products, including raising tickets to Seller Support to facilitate these changes and ensuring all changes are successfully implemented.
– Keep a meticulous record of all barcode changes and update all internal systems and documents accordingly.

Reporting
– Provide regular updates and reports on the status of reviews and barcode changes.

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
– Previous experience working with Amazon Seller Support is highly desirable.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work independently and efficiently.
– Strong record-keeping skills.
– Proficiency in English.
– Work Schedule:

This position is fully remote. Regular working hours will be maintained according to Singapore Standard Time. Flexibility might be required depending on the business’s needs.
