We are looking for a driven and intelligent person to fill the FULL-TIME role of Amazon SEO and PPC Assistant in our successful and growing toys and stationary company. This role would be 8 hours per day, 5 days per week during regular Filipino office hours. Filipino statutory holidays would be granted. Successful applicant would start immediately. Our goal is to develop a long-term working relationship with the right person.
You are expected to perform the following tasks:
1. Amazon listing optimization and monitoring
a. Do research and build up lists of relevant keywords and competitor ASINs.
b. Optimize listings – suggest changes to title, bullets, description, images, etc. based on data analysis
c. Test listing changes and analyze results
d. Check listing status and alerts on a daily basis. Fix any alert that would potentially suppress listings.
2. Inventory Monitoring
a. Keep track of inventory level and make suggestions which products need to be restocked or speed up sales.
3. Amazon account monitoring
a. Regularly check IPI and account health
4. PPC
a. Set-up and manage Amazon PPC ads campaigns for each product.
b. Closely monitor PPC performance and make recommendations to optimize campaigns.
c. Perform ad tests and assess results.
d. Produce detailed analysis and reports of all campaigns.
5. Daily and Weekly Work Report:
a. Daily feedback on tasks accomplished, still in the queue, things that management should take note of, etc.
Requirements and core qualifications:
1. Experience with Amazon Seller Central in a private label company is preferred but not absolutely required. Experience with using Helium10 or other tools is a bonus but not a must.
2. No other current work for any other Amazon seller. This will be an immediate fireable offence if discovered.
3. Analytical mind, high attention to detail, and documentation.
