RESPONSIBILITIES
– Conduct in-depth keyword research, identifying high-performing search terms while adhering to Amazon’s restricted terms guidelines.
– Optimize product titles, bullet points, and descriptions for both search visibility and conversion, ensuring compliance with Amazon’s Product Detail Page rules.
– Stay abreast of Amazon algorithm updates and implement necessary adjustments to maintain optimal performance.
Competitor Analysis:
– Accurately identify relevant competitors within the Amazon marketplace.
– Monitor competitor activities and listings to uncover opportunities for improvement.
– Analyze competitor strategies and adapt approaches to maintain a competitive edge.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
– Utilize analytics tools, including Helium10 and other relevant SEO platforms, to track and report on product listing performance.
– Leverage Amazon Seller Central data to inform optimization strategies and measure results.
Collaboration and Communication:
– Work closely with cross-functional teams, including advertising, design, and account management, to align strategies with overall business goals.
– Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and progress.
REQUIREMENTS:
– At least 2 years experience in Amazon SEO optimization
– Must have experience in handling multiple clients
– Strong understanding of Amazon’s platform, algorithms, and ranking factors.
– Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central and analytics tools, particularly Helium10 and alternatives.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and persuasive content.
– Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Familiarity with e-commerce trends and best practices.
– In-depth knowledge of Amazon’s policies and guidelines, including restricted terms and Product Detail Page rules.
– Demonstrated ability to identify relevant competitors and conduct effective competitor analysis.
This is a 100% remote and full-time position. While you can do this wherever you are, we do require an 8-hour overlap with the Mountain Time Zone (7 AM to 6 PM MST). The position’s starting rate is between $4/hour – $6/hour and the successful hire’s rate will be based on the applicant’s responses, interview, experience and skills.
