Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate, driven Amazon E-commerce Assistant with an understanding of E-commerce and Amazon PPC management to join our team, expand their skill set, and continue growing in their marketing career. This position reports directly to the Channel Manager.

Responsibilities:
– Conduct competitor analysis to identify areas of opportunity to stay ahead of the competition.
– Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities.
– Update and maintain our recurring reporting needs.
– Research impactful keywords for our product listings for PPC and optimizing SEO.
– Leverage Amazon’s reporting and software toolkit to identify keyword & optimization opportunities.
– Submit deals and coupons to increase the sales velocity of product listings.
– Engage Amazon followers through customer campaigns and Amazon Posts.
– Monitor reimbursement opportunities on overcharged fulfillment fees and missing/damaged inventory.
– Update and manage the Amazon Storefront with Best Sellers and New Arrivals.
Requirements:
– Excellent communication and English writing skills.
– 1 – 3 years experience Amazon Seller Central experience.
– Advanced knowledge of Excel.
– Strong reporting analytic skills, both quantitative and qualitative.
– Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks at once.
– Excellent time management and organization skills.

Preferred Working Hours:
– Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm PST.
