Position:
5 hrs/day, M-F (25 hrs total)

Responsibilities:
responsible for monitoring SEO, enhancing listing quality, and managing PPC campaigns across all our Amazon markets in the US and Global
1. Amazon SEO Optimization:
Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for product listings.
Optimize product titles, descriptions, and bullet points using SEO best practices to improve search rankings and visibility.
Enhance product images and videos to maximize visual appeal and engagement.
Implement strategies to drive positive customer reviews and ratings for improved product rankings.
Stay updated on Amazon’s algorithm changes and adjust SEO strategies accordingly.
2. Sales and Conversion Optimization:
Analyze sales data, customer reviews, and competitor performance to identify opportunities for sales growth and improved conversion rates.
Optimize product pricing and promotions to maximize sales and profitability.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective product positioning and messaging strategies.
Implement A/B testing for product listings to identify and implement conversion optimization strategies.
Monitor sales metrics and performance indicators, providing regular reports to management.
3. Amazon Marketing:
Develop and execute Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
Manage advertising budgets, monitor campaign performance, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify marketing opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling ad copy, product images, and videos.
Stay updated on emerging Amazon marketing trends and leverage new advertising features.
4. Brand Representation and Customer Relationship Management:
Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all Amazon product listings.
Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Monitor customer feedback and reviews, taking proactive steps to maintain customer satisfaction.
Develop strategies to foster repeat purchases and customer loyalty.
Qualifications:
At least 2 year experience in Amazon SEO
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Strong understanding of Amazon’s platform, algorithms, and best practices.
Proficiency in keyword research and SEO tools. (helium10)
Experience with Amazon advertising platforms (AMS, DSP) and campaign management.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
