Juice My Ride is the leading brand for battery chargers for all exotic and sports cars.
We help car owners keep protecting the electronics of their cars and enhance their car battery performance.
We sell through our website, eBay and Amazon.
Our main office is in Florida, USA and we have a warehouse in the UK, Canada & Australia as well.

Roles and responsibilities:
• Customer support: tech support, pre-purchase inquiries (phone, live chat, email).
• Process & fulfill orders, create shipping labels, replacements & returns.
• Marketplace performance management: oversee our performance metrics on eBay & Amazon to never drop below standards.
• Vendor relations: solve problems with our fulfillment centers, shipping couriers, eBay, Shopify, Amazon, etc.
• People management: lead & support operations team, oversee relevant business KPIs and individual team members’ KPIs.
• Punctual task tracking & updating: we use ClickUp (a task management app) to operate the business, all business tasks must be created, assigned, tracked & updated on the app.
• Create and update listings on Shopify, eBay, and Amazon.
• Google Sheets and Excel, data entry, and basic online research.

*We are also hiring for a business development manager with a greater focus on business growth and digital marketing;

Required skills:
• Technical Skills: Shopify/eBay/Amazon, Google Drive, Google Sheets, ClickUp (preferred).
• Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively, must have EXCELLENT oral and written English skills.
• Personal Skills: honest, responsible, punctual, proactive, resourceful, and positive.
• Experience: this is NOT an entry-level position, only apply if you have managed operations for an eCom brand before
• Equipment required: the position requires 2 external monitors (not a laptop screen), a fast & reliable internet AND a backup solution for power or connectivity outages.

This job is NOT for you if:
•If you don’t have experience in both eCommerce operations & management (or don’t enjoy it)
•If you are not comfortable working during US Eastern Time Zone business hours (9AM-6PM EST).
•If you have other jobs/business/projects that you plan to keep
•If you are NOT comfortable using an app that will track your monitor.

Compensation: Php 65,000 – Php 75,000 (depending on experience) per month, with a 5% annual bonus!
