AMAZON SOURCING & ANALYSIS ASSOCIATE 2024

Overview:

Our company is different from most Amazon sellers.

Our team sources online arbitrage leads from only legitimate, US-based retailers.

We then take those leads, and use some for Amazon seller stores we directly manage for clients.

Other leads go to our Buy List services, where other Amazon sellers subscribe to our Buy Lists so they can buy inventory for their own Amazon stores.

Online Arbitrage for Amazon is not as easy as it used to be.

For you to fit at our company, you need to be HIGHLY motivated to join our team, HUNGRY to learn, and have an EXCELLENT mindset to improve every day.

We use tools like Asinzen, Keepa, OS Addon, Source Mogul for sourcing and analysis. Our team conducts manual sourcing from retailer websites, promotional emails, storefront stalking, and more.

It is critical to source only from legitimate retailers. It is critical to be attentive to details and ensure our source products match Amazon listings to avoid customer returns or complaints.

We provide paid 4-week training, by which time we expect to see progress where you can generate at least 7 approved leads per day. That means you may need to submit 10 leads to get to 7 that are actually approved.

Amazon Product Analysis & Sourcing Specialist responsibilities:

This role requires high levels of proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets. We have a spreadsheet-based custom workflow that helps make this work efficient.

You will receive additional training to supplement prior experience, and you will have transparency into your performance and goals.

You will be expected to:

1) Master our product analysis using tools like Asinzen, OS Addon, Keepa, and Google Sheets.

2) Demonstrate excellent judgment and attention to detail while generating 7+ approved product leads per day that meet our minimum profit, ROI, and sales velocity criteria.

3) Maintain a product approval rate of 70% or more (of your total product leads, the percentage we approve to purchase for inventory for our clients and stores).

4) Use our tools and software to help analyze products, competitor products, distributor/wholesaler product lists, and more.

Compensation:

— During the 4-week paid training: $400 USD

— If you complete training and meet our standards, you will earn $500 USD every 4 weeks.

— If you perform above expectations, you can earn up to $750 or more every 4 weeks.

— We honor the Philippine tradition of 13th pay if you are with the company for 6+ months and maintain our minimum performance standards
