## Responsibility and Duties: Lead Generation and Analysis

### Objective:
To provide a daily list of 10-15 profitable leads meeting specific criteria for sales potential and profitability, considering a 10% sales tax on all purchased items.

### Responsibilities:
1. **Lead Generation:**
– Utilize market research tools and platforms to identify potential leads meeting the specified criteria.
– Ensure that leads have a high ranking best seller ranking.
– Confirm that leads offer a minimum of 30% Return on Investment (ROI) with a minimum of $4 profit.
– Verify that the identified products are not currently being sold by Amazon.
– Check that there is not a very large number of sellers on the listing to maintain competitiveness.

2. **Daily List Compilation:**
– Create a list in Google Sheets containing 10-15 leads meeting the specified criteria.
– Include details such as product name, category, best seller ranking, estimated ROI, estimated profit, and link to the product listing and source listing.
– Calculate the final selling price including the 10% sales tax for each lead.
– Ensure the list is organized and easy to navigate for quick analysis.

3. **Analysis and Quality Assurance:**
– Double-check all leads to ensure accuracy and validity of information provided.
– Review the estimated ROI and profit calculations to ensure accuracy.
– Cross-reference leads to ensure they meet the established criteria.
– Verify the availability of products through multiple sources to minimize the risk of stock issues.

4. **Communication:**
– Provide regular updates on lead generation progress and any challenges encountered.
– Collaborate with relevant team members to address any issues or concerns regarding lead quality or availability.

5. **Documentation and Reporting:**
– Maintain records of daily lead lists and any adjustments made.
– Prepare weekly or monthly reports summarizing the performance of generated leads.
– Document any changes in criteria or procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

### Performance Metrics:
– Daily submission of a Google Sheets list containing 10-15 profitable leads meeting the specified criteria.
– Accuracy of lead information and calculations.
– Consistency in meeting the established ROI and profit thresholds.
– Timeliness and effectiveness in communication and reporting.
