Amazon Sourcing Specialist

We are a growing Amazon FBA business and your job will be becoming our Exclusive full-time product researcher. You will source the U.S. market for profitable products that can be resold on Amazon. You must be able to deliver leads in an orderly manner on Google Sheets. You may not share leads with anyone and must find leads from your own work by doing reverse sourcing, storefront stalking, and manual sourcing.

Our company will be looking to expand and offer leadership and management roles for high performing and loyal team members. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment is a must. Attention to detail and following standard operating procedures is critical to excel in this role.

Pay Structure:

– Monthly pay – Php 25,000.00 paid twice a month on the first working day after the 15th and end of the month, via Wise

Experience Requirements:

– 1+ years experience in Amazon production sourcing as a VA in the U.S. market
– Advanced knowledge of how to use Keepa and SellerAmp
– Skills to determine if a listing is Private Label or at risk of IP complaints
– Skills to identify if a website is legitimate or a scam (TrustPilot & Scam Advisor)
– Ability to utilize coupon codes and cashback to create better margins (Rakuten, Honey, CapitalOne, etc.)
– Completed an Amazon sourcing course, Ex: Fasttrack FBA/AmazoNation/etc. (preferred but not required)

Job Requirements:

– Must have a stable internet connection (proof will be required)
– Must have an i5 processor or better (proof will be required)
– Excellent English
– Attention to detail
– Familiar with Google Sheets
– Prompt communication via WhatsApp, email, Discord, etc.
– Expected to work 8 hours per day

Benefits:

– 13th Month Pay in December. Prorated if you have worked less than a year

– Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as vacation days (12 days per year). It must be used with prior agreement in advance.

Lead Criteria:

-$3 profit minimum
– 35% ROI minimum
– At least 30 total sales per month
– 30 day average rank under 125K
