Our main focus is developing strategic partnerships with manufacturers and brand owners to become the exclusive or semi-exclusive sellers of the brand on Amazon and provide significant marketing resources in addition to order fulfillment. These relationships often begin with wholesale purchasing, so we maintain a network of standard wholesale reselling relationships as well. Founded in 2017 by two brothers, we remain focused on building a tight-knit team that is prepared to evolve with the ecommerce landscape.
We are looking for a dedicated Sourcing Specialist to join our team and assist in the sourcing and purchasing of new profitable products on . The ideal candidate will possess a keen attention to detail and be capable of accurately managing large volumes of data using Google Sheets and other industry tools. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys analyzing extensive datasets and engaging in repetitive tasks with precision. Schedule: Full time, Monday-Friday EST Time – timing negotiable
Pay: $500 – $1,200 salary per month

Responsibilities and Duties
Current responsibilities will include the below, however this position will require adaptability to changing needs:
* Extensive review of wholesale vendor catalogs using manual and automated strategies to create purchase orders based on established criteria (this is the majority of the position)
* Leverage Keepa, Revseller and other ecommerce software data to identify target products
* Identify creative growth opportunities within existing relationships
* Collaborate closely with the Catalog Team to ensure orders are processed efficiently and communicated to the fulfillment team
* Support accurate data management across warehousing and marketplace accounts
* Contribute to the development of workflows, including maintaining SOPs for sourcing process
* Participate in weekly Catalog Team meetings and contribute to continuous process improvement
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Proficiency in written and verbal English is required
* Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets strongly preferred
* 2 years of experience in e-commerce wholesale product sourcing preferred
* Experience with Keepa / Revseller / and Amazon FBA preferred
* Knowledge of EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) principles is a plus
