Responsibilities:

As a Product Sourcing and Supply Chain Manager, your responsibilities will include:
• Idea Validation and Product Design: Find, evaluate and validate product ideas for existing and new brands. You will also contribute to the product design phase by providing insights and suggestions that enhance product feasibility and market appeal.
• Supplier Communication and Negotiations: Identify and communicate with potential manufacturers to establish strong supplier relationships. Employ your negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and pricing, while ensuring product quality and compliance.
• Order Placement and Management: Utilize Alibaba to place and manage product orders efficiently. Monitor production timelines, quality assurance, and compliance throughout the manufacturing process.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Partner with our logistic partners, including Amazon Global Logistics, to manage the end-to-end supply chain process. Find the best rates and solutions, and ensure seamless transportation, customs clearance, and delivery to various markets.
• Shipment Tracking: Employ your attention to detail to track shipments, ensuring they stay on schedule and reach their destinations as planned.
• Inventory Forecasting: Utilize your analytical skills to forecast inventory needs accurately. Collaborate with internal teams to prevent stockouts and overstock situations, ensuring optimal inventory levels.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in product sourcing, supplier negotiations, and supply chain management, for an Amazon FBA business.
• Strong project management skills, capable of coordinating multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience in communicating with manufacturers and suppliers, including negotiation skills to secure advantageous terms.
• Proficiency in using Alibaba to place and manage product orders.
• Familiarity with logistic partners and international shipping processes, including Amazon Global Logistics.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to track shipments, monitor production timelines, and manage inventory forecasting.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to overcoming challenges.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends, demand patterns, and inventory data.
