Hours: 20 hours per week, 10am-2pm AEST Monday – Friday.
Pay Rate: $120 AUD per week / $480 AUD per month.
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Amazon Specialist to join our team at Kooshy Kids. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Amazon platform, including product listing creation, listing editing, Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA), backend management, product reviews, and Amazon advertising. This role requires excellent analytical skills to provide weekly performance reports and actionable insights for continuous improvement.
The first task will be setting up FBA in the USA, and this needs to be performed quickly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and Edit Product Listings: Ensure all listings are accurate, optimized, and attractive to customers.
Set Up and Maintain Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA): Oversee the setup and ongoing maintenance of FBA, ensuring seamless operations in both AU and USA markets.
Monitor and Respond to Reviews: Address customer feedback promptly and professionally to maintain high product ratings.
Develop and Manage Amazon Advertising Campaigns: Increase product visibility and sales through effective advertising strategies.
Weekly Performance Reports: Provide detailed analysis and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Set Up New Products: Add new products to Amazon using information from our website, with minimal guidance.
Communication and Collaboration: Work with our team via Slack and Asana during business hours (10am – 2pm AEST, Monday – Friday).
Requirements:
Proven experience managing Amazon listings, FBA, and advertising.
Strong analytical skills and ability to generate actionable insights from performance data.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
Experience with Slack and Asana preferred, though not essential.
Awareness of the time difference to ensure availability during AEST hours.
