We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Amazon Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Amazon Seller Central accounts, with expertise in product listings, PPC campaigns, inventory management, and overall account maintenance. You will play a key role in driving our Amazon sales growth by optimizing listings, managing promotional campaigns, and ensuring that our products are always stocked and ready to sell.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Listings: Create, manage, and optimize product listings on Amazon Seller Central, ensuring that all listings are accurate, compliant with Amazon’s policies, and optimized for search visibility.
PPC Campaigns: Plan, execute, and manage Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns on Amazon. Monitor campaign performance, adjust bids, and strategize keywords to maximize ROI.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers or logistics partners to ensure timely restocking of products. Manage FBA shipments and troubleshoot any inventory-related issues.
Account Maintenance: Regularly check the health of the Amazon Seller Account, respond to customer inquiries and reviews, and address any policy violations or performance notifications.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities, analyze competitors, and stay updated with Amazon’s policies and marketplace trends.
Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on sales, inventory, and PPC campaign performance to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant or similar role managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
In-depth knowledge of Amazon’s platform, including listing optimization, PPC advertising, and FBA logistics.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with Amazon SEO practices and tools is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software for generating reports and analysis.
