Reporting to: General Manager, Kaitlin Woodforth Smith
Hours: 10 hours per week, 10am-2pm AEST Monday – Friday.
Pay Rate: $100 AUD per week with potential for increase and additional benefits based on performance.

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Amazon Specialist to join our team at Kooshy Kids.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Amazon platform, including product listing creation, listing editing, Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA), backend management, product reviews, and Amazon advertising.

This role requires excellent analytical skills to provide weekly performance reports and actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and edit product listings on Amazon, ensuring accuracy and optimisation.
Manage all aspects of Fulfilment by Amazon, including inventory and logistics.
Monitor and respond to product reviews, addressing customer feedback effectively.
Develop and manage Amazon advertising campaigns to increase product visibility and sales.
Provide weekly performance reports with analysis and recommendations for improvements.
Set up new products on Amazon with minimal guidance, ideally using information from our website.
Communicate and collaborate with our team via Slack and Asana during business hours (10am – 2pm AEST, Monday – Friday).

Requirements:

Proven experience managing Amazon listings, FBA, and advertising.
Strong analytical skills and ability to generate actionable insights from performance data.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
Experience with Slack and Asana preferred although not essential.
