We’re growing and are looking for the next Amazon superstar to join our team – Remote Contractor Opportunity

Are you organized, with +2 years experience, and ready to see your clients succeed? If you excel in a team environment and consistently exceed expectations, we invite you to apply for our Amazon Specialist position.

This is an exciting REMOTE opportunity for a professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. As a remote contractor, you’ll need a reliable internet connection (at least 50MBps), your own workstation, and a smartphone with data. Access to a backup generator is ideal.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and positive individual who enjoys learning new things and solving problems. You should be a proven Amazon expert with at least 2+ years of experience in areas such as product uploads, troubleshooting, optimization, case management and reporting on Amazon. Experience with EBC/A+ content is highly valued, though not mandatory.

You will be working closely with experienced managers with an great opportunity to learn from some of the best in the industry.

Key Criteria:
– Excellent spoken English for effective communication with team.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas.
– Strong organizational and time management.
– Keen attention to detail and the ability to organize effectively.
– A strong understanding of Amazon’s policies, guidelines, and best practices.
-Proactive, we value people who take initiative and come with ideas.

Responsibilities:
– Assist account manager with all things Amazon.
– Participate in calls with the team, take action items, and execute them efficiently.
– Manage product listings on Amazon, optimizing descriptions, pricing, and images.
– Monitor inventory levels and manage stock issues.
– Troubleshoot and resolve account issues promptly.
– Analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities.

About Us:
We’re an Australian-based company with clients in AU, UK, and the US. You will be expected to work Australian hours (9 AM-6 PM with 45 min lunch break)
