Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Amazon Specialist to support our Amazon operations remotely. In this role, you will play a significant part in ensuring the smooth functioning of the online retail activities of our clients, who sell on Amazon.

Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and enhance product listings on Amazon, ensuring precise and consistent product details, images, and keywords.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and collaborate with suppliers to guarantee timely product restocking.
• Address customer inquiries and issues promptly, providing courteous and effective solutions to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Efficiently process orders, ensuring accurate fulfillment, timely shipping, and proper documentation.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, and customer feedback, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Research competitor products, pricing, and strategies to identify opportunities for gaining a competitive edge.
• Optimize product listings by refining titles, descriptions, and bullet points to enhance visibility and appeal to the target audience.
• Support administrative tasks, including data entry, report generation, and documentation as needed.
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience managing Amazon Seller Central or other e-commerce platforms.
• Availability to work during US time zones for seamless team and customer communication.
• In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central tools, including inventory management software, keyword research tools, and analytics platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
• Skilled in using online tools and software for product listing management, order processing, and customer communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of professional interaction with customers and team members.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities, with a talent for quickly addressing issues and finding effective solutions.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment.
