Job Description

Full time position as eCommerce business specialists in Amazon sales and online retail. We are seeking a Virtual Assistant with expertise in Amazon product research, analysis, and various eCommerce tasks to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, tech-savvy, and has a strong understanding of Amazon’s marketplace and tools. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely and grow with our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Amazon Product Search:** Conduct thorough product research on Amazon to identify potential profitable products, including keyword analysis and competitor research.

2. Keepa Analysis:** Utilize Keepa and other pricing history tools to assess the price and sales rank history of products, making informed decisions regarding product sourcing and pricing strategies.

3. Amazon FBA:** Manage and optimize Amazon FBA listings, including inventory management, order processing, and shipment creation.

4. Amazon Online Arbitrage:** Identify and source products through online arbitrage, using various online marketplaces and tools.

5. Amazon Wholesale:** Establish relationships with suppliers and manage wholesale product sourcing and procurement processes.

6. Purchasing Deals:** Identify and take advantage of special purchasing deals and promotions on Amazon and other online platforms.

7. Administrative Skills:** Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and maintaining organized records.

8. Email Management:** Handle and organize incoming and outgoing emails related to Amazon orders, customer inquiries, and business communications.

9. Customer Service:** Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

10. Canva Application:** Create and edit product images, graphics, and promotional materials using Canva.

11. Microsoft Word/Google Workspace:** Create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.

12. Communication Skills:** Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, suppliers, and customers via email, phone, and messaging platforms.

13. Utilize Online Tools:** Proficiently use various Amazon seller tools such as FBA Calculator, DS Amazon Quickview, Seller Amp, Online Seller Add-on, Buy-out Pro, AZ Insight, FBA Multi-tool, and others as needed.

14. Additionally we also want 1 low to medium content book, journal or activity book for Amazon KDP per week. Experience in this area will be gain special consideration.

**Qualifications:**

– Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar eCommerce role is preferred.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Workspace, and Canva.
– Strong analytical skills and experience with Amazon research and analysis tools like Keepa.
– Familiarity with Amazon FBA and eCommerce operations.
– Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
– A high-speed internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work.
