We’re looking for someone who relishes being a “Swiss Army Knife” – using many different skills in a single role. No day will be the same.

As our Amazon Specialist, you’ll be the talent behind our Amazon sales and marketing campaigns, ensuring that our brand voice resonates across the platform.

Your Role:

– Create concise, eye-catching, and highly optimized content utilizing keyword research tools that communicates Lucy Darling’s brand message with impact on the Amazon marketplace using strong understanding of SEO concepts.

– Develop compelling copy for new product pages, including crafting informative and engaging product descriptions and infographics.

– Understand target audiences and adapt copy as needed, maintaining the brand’s unique voice.

– Review and enhance A+ content for each product offering and research and implement optimized content changes.

– Develop and execute comprehensive Amazon Advertising strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI) using TACOS (total advertising cost of sale) metrics and achieve advertising goals.

– Monitor and analyze campaign performance, leveraging data insights to optimize targeting, keywords, bids, and ad placements.

– Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, proactively implementing changes to drive performance and efficiency.

– Stay up-to-date with the latest developments, trends, and best practices in Amazon Advertising, applying them to enhance campaign performance.

– Provide regular reporting and insights on campaign performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
Monitor competitors’ advertising strategies and industry trends, recommending adjustments to maintain a competitive advantage.

– Optimize advertising budgets to maximize ROI and achieve cost-effective acquisition.

– Conduct A/B testing and experiment with different advertising approaches to identify successful strategies.

– Continuously evaluate and refine advertising strategies based on performance data and market insights.

– Meet with the business owner and Operations Manager to discuss performance results and goals.

Abilities / Skills
– Experience across range of Amazon responsibilities disciplines
– Interest in and proven ability to work on several projects at once.
– Ability to make small design changes using graphic design tools.
– Familiarity with Excel and data-driven analysis of sales and marketing activities.
– Fluent in English
– Familiar with and experience in many or most of the following:
– Extensive knowledge of native Amazon tools in Seller Central.
– Experience with reporting and analysis tools: Amazon Advertising Console, Excel, and third-party analytics and tools / feedback management platforms, specifically Helium10 and Seller Labs.
– Extensive knowledge of the Amazon Advertising platform, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Displays (describe your experience and give examples of your results).
– Experience using all-in-one workspace management software such as Notion (or similar task management tool) for daily reporting on project tasks, assignments and collaborative objectives.

Qualifications
– Must be able to work during Arizona, USA business hours, which are Pacific Time March-October and Mountain Time October-March. Specifically, the hours would be 8am to 4pm M-F. For exceptional candidates, we can discuss a modified schedule to alleviate time zone differences.
– Must have a high-speed, reliable internet connection and a workspace conducive to concentration and professionalism.
– 7+ years of marketing experience across many of the disciplines required for this role.
– Bachelor’s degree or higher.
