Our established solar company are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Amazon Specialist with expertise in FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon), Vendor, Seller, and proficiency in PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising. As an Amazon Specialist, you will play a critical role in maximizing our online sales potential and driving overall business growth on the Amazon platform.
Responsibilities:
FBA Management:
Manage and optimize FBA inventory, including monitoring stock levels, replenishment, and forecasting.
Ensure accurate and timely shipment of products to Amazon fulfillment centers.
Monitor FBA fees, storage costs, and other related expenses to maintain profitability.
Vendor Central and Seller Central:
Manage and maintain relationships with Amazon Vendor and Seller Central accounts.
Oversee product listings, optimize content, and improve product visibility.
Monitor and resolve any account-related issues or discrepancies.
PPC Advertising:
Develop and implement effective PPC strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and sales.
Conduct keyword research, ad creation, and campaign optimization.
Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendations.
Performance Tracking and Analysis:
Monitor sales metrics, rankings, and product reviews.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Utilize data and analytics to optimize product listings, pricing, and promotional strategies.
Product and Market Research:
Conduct research to identify potential product opportunities and market trends.
Analyze customer behavior, preferences, and demographics.
Stay updated on Amazon policies, guidelines, and industry best practices.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, inventory, and customer service to ensure seamless operations.
Communicate and coordinate with external partners, including suppliers and agencies.
Provide training and support to team members on Amazon-related topics.
Qualifications:
Proven experience working with Amazon FBA, Vendor Central, and Seller Central.
Knowledgable in managing PPC campaigns on Amazon.
In-depth knowledge of Amazon marketplace policies, algorithms, and best practices.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central and advertising platforms (such as Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, or similar).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
