Job Description

Responsibilities:

– Manage and optimize Amazon Seller and Vendor accounts to drive sales growth and increase profitability.
– Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve product rankings.
– Implement and monitor PPC campaigns to maximize ROI and enhance product visibility.
– Create and optimize A+ Content to improve product listings and enhance the customer shopping experience.
– Utilize flat files for efficient inventory management, product uploads, and updates.
– Oversee Amazon Vendor catalog management to ensure accurate product listings and availability.
– Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for sales improvement.
-Monitor and maintain Account Health metrics to ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies and guidelines.
-Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues related to account performance or product listings.
– Provide insights and recommendations to optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
– Assist with other e-commerce platforms such as Walmart and explore opportunities for expansion into new marketplaces.
– Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

– At least 2 years of proven experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant or E-commerce Specialist with a focus on Amazon Seller and Vendor Account Management.
– In-depth knowledge of Amazon’s Seller Central and Vendor Central platforms.
– Proficiency in PPC campaign management, keyword research, and optimization.
– Strong understanding of flat files for bulk uploads and data management.
– Experience creating compelling A+ Content and optimizing product listings for maximum visibility and conversion.
– Familiarity with Amazon Vendor catalog management and the ability to troubleshoot any issues
-Experience in Graphic design to Optimize Listing including A+ and Storefront
– Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
– Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
