Job Description

Hello!

We are seeking an individual with a background preferably in Project Management, Engineering, or Accounting, who possesses excellent problem-solving skills. Prior experience with Amazon Store operations is not mandatory, we teach everything you need to know!

We are a rapidly expanding Amazon store, poised for enormous success in the US market. This position offers the potential for flexible work hours, and boasts an exceptional owner who prioritizes employee welfare.

Our aim is to nurture your growth from a novice into a top-level manager within our company. You will become an expert in product sourcing, account management, and conducting in-depth analytical reports to enhance our business. This is an amazing opportunity to progress towards the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO), with a salary ultimately tied to the owner’s profits. The starting salary ranges from 3-7, but can swiftly increase through bonuses after a period of loyalty. Additionally, the position includes paid time off, sick leave, and an annual bonus.

Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing products, maintaining effective communication with the team, and assisting in generating comprehensive reports using advanced Excel techniques.

Essential requirements to join our team include:

1. Exceptionally responsive with great communication skills.
2. Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with non-native employees, US stores, Amazon representatives, etc.
3. Eagerness to acquire expertise in risk analysis within our organization.
4. Ability to maintain consistent working hours (with flexibility in ongoing schedule) – unless a valid reason necessitates a change.
5. Displays a very positive attitude, a strong willingness to learn and grow, and effective teamwork capabilities.
6. Demonstrating unwavering commitment to our team and a genuine concern for the integrity of the business, without any conflicting employment (no other part time work).
7. Being attentive and responsive to the job requirements.
8. Willingness to share knowledge and collaborate with other team members.
9. Good problem solving skills!

You will eventually gain proficiency in the following areas:

1. Utilizing various product sourcing methods.
2. Implementing GoAura Repricer to reprice Amazon listings.
3. Managing tasks within Amazon Seller Central, such as inventory and order management, resolving stranded inventory issues, and creating removal orders.
4. Evaluating other VA leads.
5. Managing store health and rectifying feedback issues

The training period will initially be part-time, with the goal of transitioning to full-time employment as quickly as possible.

We appreciate your interest and look forward to hearing from you!
