Job Description

We are looking for an Amazon Store Manager that can work 30 hrs per week who understands the power and potential of selling replenishable inventory (replens) on Amazon and dropshipping on Amazon. The ideal candidate should be able to identify good suppliers, products for dropshipping, and profitable and replenishable inventory. You should also be able to manage consistent restocking and oversee all other aspects of our Amazon store operations. This would include supplier sourcing, dropship order fulfillment, and customer service. This role requires a deep understanding of the Amazon marketplace, the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Identify and source replenishable items (replens) for the Amazon store, understanding the potential of any item in the Amazon catalog as a potential replen, based on its profitability and ease of restocking.
2. Build relationships with suppliers for sourcing replens, and manage these relationships to ensure ongoing availability and timely ordering of goods.
3. Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure the timely and efficient shipping of goods from suppliers.
4. Order goods from suppliers, ensuring adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
5. Work to optimize listings, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure a seamless order fulfillment process.
6. Monitor sales and inventory levels, adjusting as necessary to maintain optimal stock levels.
7. Conduct research to identify new product opportunities and stay abreast of trends in the Amazon marketplace.
8. Regularly review and analyze sales data to inform strategic decisions and improve store performance.
9. Ensure our Amazon store adheres to all company policies and Amazon’s terms of service.
10. Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate business reporting.

**Requirements:**

1. Bachelors degree in Business, or a related field preferred.
2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing an e-commerce store, preferably on Amazon.
3. Proficient in using Amazon seller tools and e-commerce platforms.
4. Strong understanding of Amazon’s policies and procedures.
5. Experience working with 3PL providers and managing supply chain logistics.
6. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
7. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a virtual team.
8. Excellent customer service skills.
9. Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and SEO best practices is a plus.
