Position Overview:
As the Amazon Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our presence on the Amazon platform. You will play a pivotal role in managing our Amazon store’s day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving sales growth. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a dedicated team and make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:
* Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure product availability and prevent overstocking or stockouts. Implement efficient inventory management practices to optimize storage and reduce costs.
* Shipping and Packing: Coordinate and oversee the shipping and packing process, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment.
* Content Creation: Create compelling product listings, including high-quality images and persuasive product descriptions, to enhance the visibility and appeal of our products on Amazon.
* Product Launches: Plan and execute product launch strategies on Amazon, including conducting market research.
* Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive brand image.
* Performance Analysis: Monitor Amazon store performance metrics, analyze sales data, and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
* Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities on Amazon, adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
* Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns specific to the Amazon platform, including sponsored product ads and promotions.

Qualifications:
* Experience managing an Amazon store or a similar e-commerce platform.
* Strong understanding of Amazon’s Seller Central, FBM, and FBA processes.
* Proficiency in using e-commerce tools and analytics software.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
