Job Summary:

We seek an experienced and detail-oriented Amazon Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Ecommerce Manager to manage and grow our presence on Amazon. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, commercial experience, and expertise in Amazon’s selling and advertising tools. The Amazon Store Manager will drive sales growth, improve conversion rates, optimise pricing strategies, and manage inventory and repricing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

– Analyse the Amazon account’s performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
– Manage pricing, product listings, and case handling to ensure competitive and profitable sales.
– Develop and implement strategies to continuously grow the Amazon account, focusing on overall growth and conversion improvement.
– Create and maintain processes for regularly checking and optimising account performance.
– Implement and manage repricing strategies based on margin analysis to maintain competitiveness.
– Oversee the EU market expansion, conducting thorough analysis and planning to capitalise on opportunities.
– Identify and address issues affecting the Buy Box percentage and develop strategies to increase Buy Box wins.
– Forecast and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
– Utilise commercial experience to understand the financial aspects of selling on Amazon, including using repricers tools.
– Analyse sales trends, identify drops and spikes and take corrective actions as necessary.
– Invest in and leverage software tools to enhance account management and performance.
– Monitor storage fees and implement strategies to minimise unnecessary costs.
– Create and manage repricer rules tailored to different product groups and performance metrics.
– Develop and execute a multi-SKU strategy to optimise listings and sales.
– To determine the best fulfilment strategy, evaluate and compare SFP (Seller Fulfilled Prime) vs. FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon).
– Manage clearance of old stocks, ensuring efficient inventory turnover.
– Identify and pursue new opportunities for product and market expansion.
– Oversee and manage Getida to optimise reimbursements and account health.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience managing an Amazon store, with a track record of driving sales growth and improving conversion rates.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse profit and loss and make recommendations for short and long term improvements
– Commercial acumen, understanding the financial aspects of selling on Amazon.
– Experience with repricer tools and sellable strategies.
– Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
– Ability to forecast and manage inventory effectively.
– Knowledge of Amazon advertising tools and strategies.
– Familiarity with software tools and willingness to invest in technology to improve account performance.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address issues promptly.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Excellent spreadsheet skills to create reports and graph presentations

Preferred Qualifications:

– Experience with international Amazon marketplaces, particularly the EU.
– Knowledge of Amazon’s fulfilment options (SFP and FBA) and their advantages.
– Experience with Getida or similar Amazon reimbursement services.
