Amazon Store Manager

Summary:
We are looking for a highly motived VA who can work with us to build the company from almost nothing. This person needs to be smart, quick learning and highly motivated. Since we are building this store form almost nothing we need this person to really create processes and tasks from nothing. This person will eventually act as the store manager and oversee all future employees. We want this person to feel bought into this store and we will offer highly competitive bonuses to incentive their work (see below).

Required Skills/Experiences:
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years’ experience working on amazon. This person must be an expert at flat files on amazon and be proficient with the amazon seller central account. Graphic design skills with AI or Canva is a plus but not required. Prior experience with ZonGuru, Helium 10 or Jungle Scout is also a plus but not required.

About Us:
We buy struggling clothing companies in the US and look to grow them. Most of our work has been in the D2C (direct to consumer) space and mostly work on Shopify. This is our first amazon business, so we are learning a lot about Amazon and also looking to hire someone who already has a ton of Amazon experience to help run this company.

About the Roll:
We are looking to hire our 1st company hire here. We want this to be someone who can learn and work all sides of the business at the beginning. Our plan is to hire a 2nd and 3rd VA in a couple months, so we want this first hire to be able to manage those new VA’s when the time comes.

Below are some of the roles we need this first hire to work and learn:
• Amazon Account Management
o Manage Overall Account Health
o Parent/Child Listing Management
§ Making Sure All Listings are up and in good condition with the right parent/child combo
• We have over 200 children per parent, and we get stranded children a lot.
§ Using Flat File to update/fix listings and pricing
§ Executing instructions on SEO and images from our Agency
o Review Management
§ Report/Remove Bad Reviews
o Hijacker Management
• Inventory Management
o Send Product to FBA from warehouse
§ Never have a child out of stock
o Inventory Health
§ Manage Inventory Dashboard Health Metric (Excess, Stranded, In stock)
o Have 3 months stock at warehouse
o Supply Chain
§ Order a product to warehouse
• Source Fabric
• Send to Cutters
• Send to Sewer
o With Barcode, Tags
• Wholesale Manager (less important)
o Process Wholesale orders
o Manage wholesale listings site

Compensation:
Beyond our hourly compensation, we will offer larger bonuses as well, so you feel like you are part of the team. Bonus will be structured so every time our store hits goal sales target we will provide a significant bonus.
