Job Description

Hello! PEGAI is looking for an exceptional Amazon store manager to join our fun and friendly team! We are a leather goods company with team members in the US, Turkey, the Philippines, and Spain. We value our team members’ opinions, well-being, and personal growth.
Our ideal candidate is someone who’s enthusiastic, friendly, with a diverse set of skills, and attentive to details. They must be someone who has excellent communication skills, an initiative, and should be willing to learn and improve continually.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Maintain our Amazon US Main Marketplace and Amazon Spain (for all Europe markets);
* Create and maintain the company’s Amazon listings;
* Create A+ Content;
* Initiates to improve the listing quality by suggesting improvements/projects that could help the company;
* Monitor the entire Amazon account health;
* Keep an eye on the brand’s dashboard;
* Notify and create a report about the performance of our product designs;
* Find new product opportunities;
* Monitor and plan FBA shipments;
* Coordinate with a third-party agency regarding Amazon advertising management (with the CEO’s supervision).
* Contribute to brainstorming meetings and the development of new ideas;
* Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information;
* Report to the team leader/CEO about the results weekly, let them know as soon as possible if any issues arise, and communicate effectively with the team; and
* Assist with any other tasks that might be assigned by the team leader/CEO.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Must have experience becoming an Amazon virtual assistant;
* Must be an expert on Amazon listings and management;
* Can work from 8 AM to 5 PM (CST; Dallas Time);
* Strong problem-solving skills and must have good communication skills (verbal and written);
* Attentive to details and has an eye for detail and accuracy;
* Reliable, with high integrity and a strong work ethic;
* Has the ability to prioritize and manage delegated tasks effectively;
* Not afraid to speak up, recommend improvements, and bring up issues to the upper management/team leader; and
* Must be organized.
