If you succeed in this position, there are major opportunities of growth. The starting salary is 2K per month, if you succeed in growing the business you can make 2 to 4 times that amount. Your English must be perfect, you will need to work in US standard time, 100 percent Hubstaff monitored at least 40 hours a week.

Job Summary:
As the Amazon Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Amazon stores, ensuring that sales targets are achieved, and customer satisfaction is maintained. You will oversee a team of employees, manage inventory levels, and monitor store performance metrics to drive profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Amazon store to ensure that it is meeting or exceeding sales targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Hire, train, and supervise a team of employees, ensuring that they are meeting performance standards and providing excellent customer service.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, develop strategies to drive sales, and adjust inventory levels as necessary.
Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products and increase customer engagement.
Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that stock is replenished in a timely manner to meet customer demand.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of products.
Monitor and manage store expenses to meet budget targets.
Ensure that the store is compliant with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
3+ years of experience in retail management or related field.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving profitability.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of Amazon marketplace and customer behavior.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
