Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a fun, down-to-earth rockstar with exceptional skills in managing Amazon stores and dropshipping from A to Z.

We are not just looking for skill sets. As we mentioned, our company thrives off of a teamwork environment, and we would be looking for that special someone who fits in with our close-knit “Work Family”. We work together for 8 hours a day! It is so important to cultivate a team that cares for each other, can have fun, create, grow, and thrive together!

Qualities and Skill Set:
Solid working knowledge of the following:

– You must have the ability to work with your team and work independently to complete your tasks with little to no supervision.

– E-commerce Understanding: A solid grasp of e-commerce fundamentals, including knowledge of online marketplaces like Amazon, understanding customer behavior, and familiarity with e-commerce tools and platforms.

– Product Research and Selection: Ability to research and identify products with high demand and low competition, as well as products suitable for dropshipping.

– Supplier Management: Skills in finding reliable suppliers who can fulfill orders promptly and efficiently, negotiate pricing and terms, and maintain good relationships.

– Market Analysis: Analytical skills to assess market trends, competition, and consumer preferences to make informed decisions about product selection and pricing.

– Marketing and Advertising: Knowledge of digital marketing techniques such as search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, and email marketing to drive traffic and sales to the Amazon store.

– Customer Service: Strong customer service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

– Logistics and Fulfillment: Understanding of logistics, shipping methods, and fulfillment processes to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery to customers.

– Financial Management: Basic financial literacy to manage budgets, track expenses, calculate profitability, and make strategic decisions to optimize revenue and minimize costs.

– Data Analysis: Ability to analyze sales data, performance metrics, and other key indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions to improve business performance.

– Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Flexibility to adapt to changes in the e-commerce landscape, solve problems as they arise, and continuously optimize strategies to stay competitive and profitable.

– Copywriting: Writing compelling product descriptions, persuasive ad copy, and engaging marketing content requires strong copywriting skills to attract and convert customers.

– SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Understanding SEO principles can help optimize product listings and store content to improve visibility in Amazon’s search results and drive organic traffic.

– Inventory Management: Skills in managing inventory levels, forecasting demand, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability without overstocking or running out of inventory.

– Multichannel Selling: Knowledge of other e-commerce platforms and the ability to expand beyond Amazon by selling on multiple channels to diversify revenue streams and reach a broader audience.

– Time Management: Efficiently managing time and prioritizing tasks is crucial for handling various aspects of running an online store, from product sourcing and marketing to customer service and order fulfillment.

– Communication Skills: Effective communication with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders is essential for building trust, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships.

– Networking and Relationship Building: Building a network of contacts within the e-commerce industry, including other sellers, industry experts, and potential partners, can provide valuable insights, support, and opportunities for collaboration.

– Resilience and Adaptability: The ability to stay resilient in the face of challenges, adapt to market or business environment changes, and persistently pursue goals despite setbacks is crucial for long-term success in e-commerce.

Position Details:

Must work EST time zone 8 am – 5 pm

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: Negotiable depending on skillset. Room to grow financially within the company.
