We are a dynamic e-commerce business specializing in private labeling and selling products exclusively on Amazon. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Amazon Storefront Manager to lead our dedicated team based in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing Amazon storefronts, launching products, and driving team performance. This role offers an opportunity to play a pivotal part in our company’s success, ensuring our operations run smoothly and our business thrives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee a team responsible for customer service, Amazon PPC, inventory management, supplier negotiations, and more.
Conduct regular meetings with the team to track progress, set goals, and address any challenges.
Collaborate with the business owners to understand the company’s strategy and translate it into actionable steps for the team.
Ensure the team effectively monitors and manages the Amazon storefront, including reviewing listings and addressing any account issues.
Provide regular updates on team performance, metrics, and recommendations to the owners.
Develop and implement streamlined processes to enhance efficiency.
Ensure inventory levels are maintained to prevent stockouts.
Proactively identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
Drive business growth by suggesting potential new products and strategies.
Create and present detailed reports to senior leadership on team performance and business metrics.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role with responsibility for direct reports.
Proven experience in managing an Amazon storefront.
Successful track record of launching products and sourcing quality, cost-effective products.
Experience in creating and presenting reports for senior leadership.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to think creatively.
Demonstrated ability to engage, motivate, and lead a team.
Proficient in tracking and presenting team metrics.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in e-commerce outside of Amazon.
Knowledge of the private labeling business model.
Familiarity with working in a remote team setup.

Compensation:
Salary range: $7 to $10 per hour, based on experience.
Hours: 5 to 7 hours per week.
