We’re are a UK based company with UK & EU SC Accounts and on the lookout for an Amazon E-commerce Virtual Assistant with extensive knowledge and experience of managing an Amazon Seller Central Account, including product listing / listing tools, account management and KPI monitoring to maintain required account standards.

Job Description:
As our E-commerce Virtual Assistant / Amazon Store Manager, you’ll be the superhero behind the scenes, ensuring that our Amazon store runs like a well-oiled machine. If you’re detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and love all things e-commerce, this role is made for you. We are recruiting several people, so please put ‘Amazon VA’ in the subject of the application.

Responsibilities:
– Listing Management: Create and optimise product listings on Amazon, including product descriptions, pricing, and images.
– Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, alert us to reorder products as necessary, and monitor stock which is not selling.
– Market Research: Stay updated on competitor’s, and market demand to make data-driven decisions.
– Performance Analysis: Track and analyze sales data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
– Working with Amazon internal departments to complete listing translation and account management
– Attend weekly call with Amazon, take actions away and carry these out before the next meeting.

Essential Experience:
– ** Attention to detail and strong organisational skills is a priority
– Several years experience in managing a large Amazon store on a full time basis.
– Strong understanding of Amazon policies, guidelines, and best practices.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for inventory management.
– Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and tools.
– Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Preferred Experience:
– Experience with other e-commerce platforms (specifically Amazon, Shopify, Codisto, Marketplace Connect ).
– Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
– Familiarity with shipping and fulfillment processes.
– Experience with Amazon Ad Campaigns
