We’re looking for a highly motivated and organised Virtual Assistant to join our fast-paced Amazon FBA team. If you’re passionate about finding profitable products, have strong attention to detail, and can handle both strategic sourcing and administrative tasks, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
What you’ll do:
– Uncover profitable product opportunities for our Amazon FBA business, using Keepa and SAS.
– Manage administrative tasks related to sourcing. This includes chasing retailers for invoices, reconciling shipments, and maintaining accurate records.
– Stay up-to-date on the latest Amazon FBA trends and regulations. We need someone who’s proactive and keeps themselves informed to ensure our continued success.
Who you are:
– A self-starter with a proven track record of success in product sourcing or a similar role. Bonus points if you have experience with Amazon FBA!
– A detail-oriented and organised individual with excellent time management skills. You’ll be juggling multiple tasks, so staying on top of things is essential.
– A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills. You’ll be liaising with suppliers and internal team members, so clear communication is key.
– Proficient in using product research tools likeSellerAmp and Keepa.
– A fast learner with a willingness to take on new challenges
