Amazon Account Manager: Remote

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Amazon Account Manager to oversee and expand our private label brand’s presence on the Amazon platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Amazon US marketplace and a track record of growing sales and enhancing brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share on Amazon.
– Manage all aspects of our Amazon account, including product listings [flat files], inventory management, and promotional campaigns.
– Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
– Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback to maintain a positive brand image.
– Stay updated with Amazon’s policies and guidelines to ensure compliance.
– Monitor and maintain excellent Account Health rating
– Creating FBA Shipments and maintaining optimized inventory levels
– Fee audit and reconciliation

Qualifications:
– At least 3 years of experience managing an Amazon Seller account.
– Proficient in Amazon analytics tools and e-commerce best practices.
– Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data.
– Excellent communication and organizational skills.

This position is fully remote. You are expected to have a reliable internet connection and a computer to work from. This position is as needed, we estimate it will require a minimum of 15 hours per week.

Schedule is flexible, with occasionally needing to meet with founder for updates and collaboration during US business hours.

Compensation: $5-8 hourly.
