We are looking to keep that growth rate with the help of additional full time dedicated team members.

We have an awesome set of tools and service providers to help the team reach their full potential and are always looking for ways to improve. Team members are given the freedom to source whatever and wherever as our account is ungated to many brands. Team members are encouraged to be pro active and think like this business is their own.

We believe that our business needs to be innovative and creative in order to thrive, and we think it’s important to provide an exciting and vibrant place to work. It’s fast paced, growth oriented, data driven and competitive.

At Dar El Barka we believe in creating opportunities for the team members who join. We believe that top leaders and rising stars started should be compensated accordingly. Reason why we have a performance based pay raises and bonuses. Basically, at Dar El Barka, you reap what you sow

But we admit we’re not for everyone. We’re successful because we have high standards, work hard, and hire smart people with strong critical thinking skills – people who are honest and confident enough to say “I don’t know – BUT I’ll find out!” People whose burning questions during interviews include “How many sick and vacation days do I get?” need not apply. Your time here will be fast paced and we will depend on you to deliver results. But the rewards are plenty, and include a generous bonus program.
