Amazon VA

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Amazon Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team. As a drop shipping business, we receive orders from customers on Amazon, and we need a skilled VA to efficiently place these orders on various retail platforms like Costco, BJ’s, and other stores.

Responsibilities:
– Order Management: Accessing order information received on Amazon and verifying the correct items to be purchased.
– Order Placement: Copying and pasting the necessary details from Amazon orders to the respective retail platforms (Costco, BJ’s, etc.) for order fulfillment.
– Accuracy and Efficiency: Ensuring that the correct items are selected and ordered promptly to meet customer expectations and delivery timelines.
– Communication: Coordinating with the team to resolve any order-related issues or discrepancies that may arise.

Requirements:
– Prior Experience: Proven experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant or in a similar role involving order processing and management.
– Familiarity: Sound knowledge of Amazon’s platform, order handling, and drop shipping process is preferred.
– Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to ensure accurate order placement and tracking.
– Time Management: Ability to work efficiently and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
– Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with the team and customers effectively.
– Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using various online tools, retail platforms, and order management systems.
– Dependability: A reliable and committed individual who can adhere to deadlines.
– Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to evolving processes and handle unforeseen challenges.

Our desired number of hours per day is between 6-8 hours, in which all orders from that day need to be placed.
