We are dedicated to providing top-notch online shopping experiences and are looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to help keep our operations smooth and efficient. As a key member of our team, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing our Amazon store and ensuring our customers receive outstanding service.

Responsibilities:

– Sales and Inventory Tracking: Regularly update sales and inventory data on tracking sheets to ensure accuracy and timely information flow.
– Order Management: Efficiently handle recurring orders, ensuring they are processed accurately and promptly.
– Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
– General Support: Assist with additional tasks and projects related to maintaining and optimizing our Amazon shop’s performance.

Required Skills:

– English Proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
– Amazon Seller Central Knowledge: Experience with navigating and managing Amazon Seller Central is crucial.
– Customer Service Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, demonstrating a track record of resolving customer issues effectively.
– Attention to Detail: Must be meticulous with details to ensure accuracy in all aspects of work.

Salary Range:
