Job Description

We are a fast-growing Amazon Agency with clients in most of the global markets. We are looking to continue to grow our client base by implementing best practices across Amazon account management and related services.

We are looking for an experienced Amazon VA to manage Client account Operations and maintain the catalogue across multiple Amazon Marketplaces. The role reports to our Amazon Brand Manager and will be part of a very experienced Amazon team.

Primary Objectives 20% BIG ROCKS – These must be done first and at all costs.
Monitor, analyze, and manage the account health of Amazon sellers to identify and mitigate potential issues. This includes tracking metrics like Order Defect Rate (ODR), Late Shipment Rate (LSR), and valid tracking rate
Provide timely and effective customer service to Amazon sellers via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels. Address concerns, resolve disputes, and offer assistance with account-related inquiries
Investigate and resolve seller account issues, such as product listing problems, account suspensions, and order disputes. Collaborate with internal teams to find optimal solutions for sellers

Regular Work Activities 80% – These must be done daily/weekly after the BIG ROCKS are complete.
Conduct account health assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
Collaborate with internal teams, such as Seller Performance and Seller Policy teams, to resolve complex issues. Keep updated on Amazon’s policies and procedures to ensure accurate guidance to sellers
Document all interactions and maintain accurate records of seller accounts and case back. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels promptly and professionally
Resolve customer issues, such as order problems, product inquiries, and account-related concerns, to the satisfaction of the customer
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Amazon’s products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively
Gather and document customer feedback and insights to help improve Amazon’s services and customer experience

Basic Skills:
Proficient written English (will be assessed during the recruitment process)
Proficient in using flat files to manage content
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel as well as Google Sheets

Technical Skills:
Audit and analyze the account as a whole. Provide comprehensive reports and insights to improve overall account performance.
Analyze and optimize listings to improve visibility and conversion rates, offer suggestions on opportunities and strategies to drive traffic, and sales, and achieve ACoS targets.
Create campaigns across all ad types – Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Displays. Continued keyword and competitor research to identify targets and opportunities to grow sales.
Continuous optimization of campaigns – Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize ROI. Generate regular reports and insights on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Track key metrics including sales, traffic, conversion rates, ACoS, and other relevant KPIs. Proficient in using flat files to manage Amazon content

Desired (But Not Essential) Technical Skills
Walmart Marketplace Account Management including operations and content management
Conducting in-depth product research using various tools and methods, such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, etc.
Identifying and validating product opportunities based on criteria such as sales rank, reviews, profitability, competition, etc.
Creating and maintaining product sourcing sheets and reports with relevant data and information
Experience in Amazon European marketplaces (especially the UK and Germany)

We will pay your 13th Month Pay in December which will be prorated if you have worked less than a year.
Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as vacation days [12 days per year], which can be used only with a prior agreement in advance.
These are paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, All Saints Day, Christmas
Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (6 Days).
Any additional National holidays or personal holidays must be agreed in advance.
