Job Description

Hi! We are seeking a full time Full Time Amazon and Ecomm account manager to join our growing business. We are an established (since 2018) and growing brand focused on Amazon FBA. There is room to grow in responsibility and pay with this position. We are looking for the right people to grow with our company!

Your main responsibilities will be:

1) Managing our products on Amazon. Creating listings, troubleshooting listing issues, making listing updates, coordinating new product launches, merging and splitting variations, creating digital bundles, setting up NARF and subscribe and save products, requesting product remeasurements and bin checks, collaborating with teammates, monitoring Inventory Health, adding products from the US market into other international markets, emailing and calling Seller Support, etc.

2) Managing and creating product listings on other e-commerce platforms: Walmart, Etsy, Faire and Shopify. (We can train you on this if you don’t have any experience with these platforms.)

3) Conducting research projects and assisting with Marketing and Operations tasks as needed.

For this role you will need to be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. We would like you to have a strong base of skills, but we are also able to help train you on the job. Important requirements for this job:

> 1+ years Amazon experience
> Experience updating Amazon listings via flat file
> Friendly, warm and collaborative personality
> Independent thinker who takes initiative
> Organized, highly detail oriented
> Strong research skills
> Familiar with Google Docs and Google Sheets
> Able to learn new skills quickly

Most of your time you can work in your own time zone, at your own preferred hours! However, you must be available for a couple weekday meetings each week (7am-9am Philippine time).

We are looking for a loyal, Full Time team member who we can work with for the long term and develop a great working relationship. You will be paid weekly during the probationary period. After passing the probationary period, you will be eligible for additional perks:
