Haus and Hues is in search of a dedicated Amazon Virtual Assistant / Customer Service Representative to join us on a full-time basis. As an essential member of our team, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and support through Seller Central and Onsite Support. This remote position calls for individuals with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of Amazon’s customer service processes.
Responsibilities:
– Promptly and professionally handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via Seller Central and Onsite Support.
– Assist in order management, processing refunds, returns, and exchanges using Seller Central, Onsite Support, and ShipStation.
– Stay informed about Amazon policies, procedures, and marketplace trends.
Requirements:
– Previous customer service experience on Amazon Seller Central, ShipStation, and Gorgias/similar customer service platforms
– Priority given to candidates with previous Onsite Support experience
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
– Proficiency in navigating various Amazon Seller Central features
– Ability to work both independently and in a team, managing time effectively to meet deadlines
– Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping skills.
Availability:
– Must be available to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
– Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and peak business periods.
