Haus and Hues is looking for an Amazon VA to help us full-time. As an Amazon VA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our Amazon customers through Seller Central and Gorgias. This is a remote position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of Amazon’s customer service processes.
Responsibilities:
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally via Seller Central and Gorgias
– Monitor product listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
– Assist with order management, including processing refunds, returns, and exchanges.
– Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize product listings and promotions.
– Stay up to date with Amazon policies, procedures, and marketplace trends.
Requirements:
– Previous experience working in customer service via Amazon Seller Central and Gorgias is a must.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
– Proficiency in navigating and utilizing various Amazon Seller Central features.
– Familiarity with Gorgias or similar customer service management platforms.
– Ability to work in a team and independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
– Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records and documentation.

Compensation:
1. $5/hr
2. $50/month health stipend
