Job Offer:
As our E-Commerce Manager/Amazon VA Specialist, you will manage and optimize our e-commerce operations, specifically on the Amazon platform. You will need to possess extended Excel skills, understand E-Commerce data and data maintenance, and be able to maintain and optimize our E-Commerce content, operations, and processes. Experience with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central is essential, as is a desire to learn new marketplaces and our ERP system, Plentymarkets.
You will be responsible for bulk uploads via Flatfiles, Amazon Listing optimization and Brand Content, Amazon Lightning Deals, A/B testing, order processing, inventory and replenishment management, customer support, and other tasks related to managing our Amazon store. Additionally, you will be a hands-on problem solver capable of working independently to troubleshoot issues and optimize the performance of our online store, including all our online sales channels.
As we are a German-based company it would be appreciated if you could speak German, however, it is not a requirement.
