Job Description:
As an Amazon Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our day-to-day operations. Your primary responsibilities will include product sourcing and data management tasks, with a strong focus on Excel proficiency. You will collaborate closely with our team to ensure our Amazon store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities – Product Sourcing:
Research and identify profitable products for our Amazon store.
Conduct market analysis and competitor research to make informed sourcing decisions.
Collaborate with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
Maintain a well-organized database of potential products.
Excel Expertise:
Create and maintain spreadsheets for inventory management, sales tracking, and financial analysis.
Utilize advanced Excel functions and formulas to analyze data and generate reports.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency in all Excel files.
Amazon Store Support:
Assist in listing creation and optimization on Amazon.
Monitor product listings for accuracy and compliance with Amazon’s guidelines.
Handle customer inquiries and address any order-related issues.
Inventory Management:
Analyze sales and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance our product portfolio and profitability.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant with a focus on product sourcing.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of complex functions and formulas.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central is a must.
