If you have experience crafting captivating infographics, then we want you on our team. Our established Amazon brand is seeking a Virtual Assistant who can seamlessly manage operations while bringing their creative edge to the table.

**About Us:**
We are a baby brand selling on Amazon with our wall stickers and journals. We’re searching for a Virtual Assistant who can contribute to our day-to-day tasks while infusing their own creativity with graphics.

**Role and Responsibilities:**
As our Virtual Assistant, your role will encompass a wide range of duties:

– Crafting infographics to enhance our Amazon listings.
– Excelling in email communication, Excel management, Google Drive collaboration, and overall tech-savviness.
– Managing Amazon Seller Central accounts: General Seller Central admin responsibilities, customer service, product creation and product launch support, product and keyword research, supplier research, working with Amazon seller support, and weekly/monthly reporting for finances and operations
– Inventory Management: Manage inventory forecasts, work with suppliers, coordinate flow of inventory between suppliers, 3PL and Amazon, product sourcing, reporting, ordering, creating shipments.
– Demonstrating impeccable spoken and written English.
– Eagerness to seek assistance when faced with challenges.

**Qualifications:**
To excel in this position, you’ll need:

– skills in graphic design, particularly in crafting converting infographics for Amazon listings.
– Proficiency in email, Excel, and Google Drive, along with strong tech-savviness.
– Previous exposure to Amazon Seller Central accounts and operations.

**Additional Skills (Desired but not Mandatory):**
While not obligatory, the following skills would be advantageous:

– crafting social media content on Amazon posts
– Cold emailing influencers
– Previous experience using Helium 10
– experience using midjourney to create images
