We’re seeking a Marketing and Keyword Research Analyst who loves wearing multiple hats, has an insatiable drive for growth, and possesses the know-how to get things done. Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough analysis of marketing campaigns on the Amazon platform, including advertising performance, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
2. Extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets to uncover insights and trends related to customer behavior, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.
3. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to track key marketing metrics and communicate findings to stakeholders.
4. Identify opportunities to optimize marketing spend, improve campaign targeting, and maximize return on investment (ROI).
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
6. Stay up-to-date with Amazon’s advertising policies, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize marketing effectiveness.
7. Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate the impact of different marketing strategies and tactics.
8. Provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights to improve campaign performance and achieve marketing objectives.
9. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify potential areas for growth and innovation.
10. Continuously explore and evaluate new marketing tools, technologies, and techniques to drive marketing excellence on the Amazon platform.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
– Proven experience in marketing analysis, preferably within an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
– Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or
similar software.
– Familiarity with Amazon’s advertising platforms (e.g., Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands) and knowledge of Amazon – Advertising API is highly desirable.
– Understanding of digital marketing concepts, including search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
– Experience with statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and A/B testing methodologies.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
– Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
– Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
