Job Description

Telaron Sprl. has been successfully wholesaling in Europe for more than 15 years. We are looking for a qualified virtual assistant who will work with us in a friendly environment. The virtual assistant will create and manage our stores on Amazon Europe.

Products to be marketed:

Small household electronics, spare parts and accessories for cell phones, CCTV systems, LED Lamps, Cables, AV Cables, Network, data cables, connectors, (and etc.) imported from China to our warehouse in Belgium. We currently hold more than 2,000 unique models in our warehouse. First time initiating sales on Amazon. Great majority of the products are unique with their Private Labels, therefore, not found in Amazon Product Listings.

Tasks to be done:

1) Product Entry: The most important task of the virtual assistant is to place our products as attractively as possible, both in terms of graphics, images, titles, and descriptions. We attach the greatest importance to this task because we believe that “success in sales, comes first and foremost with a successful presentation”,

– We send raw images of each product, information, and the user manual (if available).
– The virtual assistant makes market research: Checks similar products on the market and looks at how competitors present similar products, what special features they highlight, price/value comparison.
– Creates attractive product images using graphic tools,
– Enter products with informative titles, and product information with appealing wording.

PLEASE NOTE: Creating a complete product listing with images and descriptions requires personal effort. The virtual assistant must use his/her personal skills to understand the product, use imagination, and empathize with buyers.
2) All other necessary tasks, FMB-FBA management: PPC, campaigns, whatever is necessary to boost sales,
3) Customer relations: The virtual assistant will not be alone in answering the customer inquiries. We will support him/her and sometimes answer questions before the virtual assistant does.
4) Market research: follow the market trends, both pricing and product feature requirements. Advise on new products for us to import. Inform us about the developments in Amazon sales, new features, new products, new markets.

How to proceed:

1) We want to know how many new products the candidate can introduce in a week
– We have 2,000+ items to sell online, but we will start with +/- 50 items. The candidate will need to give us a timeline for entering 50 items. Please answer these questions:
– How many new products can you enter and get ready for sale in a week/month? How much time is needed to create a fully functional Amazon store for 50 items?

2) Conditions: Part-time or Full-Time. Our business is dynamic and product models are constantly being replaced by new ones. Therefore, introduction of new products will never end over time. We look forward to an ongoing relationship based on mutual trust and satisfaction. Salary increases, promotions and bonuses are always possible as the sales in the marketplace grows. In the future, as the sales grow, the VA can decide to grow his/her own team with additional staff.
