Position: Amazon Virtual Assistant
Location: Philippines (Remote)
We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Amazon Virtual Assistant (VA) based in the Philippines to join our team. As an Amazon VA, you will be responsible for managing and submitting Amazon listings, performing bulk uploads of listings via flat files, and providing fast and efficient communication via WhatsApp. In addition, you should be proficient in English, have experience working with Asana and Google Sheets (Excel), and be familiar with Helium10 for product research on Amazon.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize Amazon product listings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Perform bulk uploads of listings using flat files, maintaining consistency and adhering to Amazon’s guidelines.
Respond promptly and professionally to all communication via WhatsApp, providing excellent customer service.
Conduct product research using Helium10, identifying profitable opportunities and making data-driven recommendations.
Collaborate with team members using Asana, ensuring tasks and projects are tracked and completed efficiently.
Utilize Google Sheets (Excel) for organizing and analyzing data related to Amazon listings and performance metrics.
Edit and enhance A+ content on Amazon listings, creating engaging and visually appealing product descriptions.
Create customized Amazon listing designs, leveraging your experience and skills in graphic design to attract customers.
Stay up-to-date with Amazon’s policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize sales potential.
Provide administrative support related to Amazon account management, such as inventory management and order processing.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and its features.
Proficient in managing and optimizing Amazon product listings.
Familiarity with bulk uploads of listings via flat files.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to compose grammatically correct and concise responses.
Proficiency in using WhatsApp for fast and efficient communication.
Experience working with Asana for task and project management.
Familiarity with Google Sheets (Excel) for data organization and analysis.
Knowledge of Helium10 for product research and market analysis on Amazon.
Experience in editing and enhancing A+ content on Amazon listings.
Advantageous to have experience in creating customized Amazon listing designs.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable, responsible, and committed to meeting deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changes in a dynamic e-commerce environment.
