We are looking for a skilled Amazon Virtual Assistant with a strong background in account health management, problem-solving for listing optimization, and exceptional customer service skills? She or he will help the founders with a lot of different facets in the currently expanding company. Ella Health is on the lookout for a talented VA to be an integral part of our growing team and help the founders with their needs.

Role and Responsibilities: As an Amazon Virtual Assistant at Ella Health, you’ll play a crucial role in managing our Amazon account, ensuring its health score, optimizing product listings for maximum visibility and much more. Your responsibilities will include the following:
Administration (accounting)
– Organize and manage directors emails, files and documents
– Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and bookkeeping tasks
– Coordinate meetings and events, both online and in-person
– Handle general administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Account (Health) management Amazon
– Monitor the health of our Amazon seller account(s)
– You need to be very well known with the Flat File system of Amazon, this is the most important skill to have when fixing listing issues.
– Address and resolve any account-related issues, such as performance notifications or policy violations
– Optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, and images
– Keep abreast of Amazon’s policies and guidelines, and implement necessary changes
– Monitor content improvement agenda
– Manage the administration for a/b tests
– Proficiency in using tools like alibaba, Helium 10, or similar Amazon research and optimization software.
– Policy violations through cases and by phone
Customer Service
– Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner
– Handle product-related questions, returns, and warranty inquiries
– Provide exceptional customer support to resolve issues and foster positive customer relationships
– Proactively seek feedback and suggestions to improve the customer experience
– Manage and update customer databases and records
Big Bonus: Email Flow knowledge
Email Flow Management Amazon:
– Create and manage email flows for the Amazon platform using tools like Helium 10
– Develop and execute email marketing strategies to engage and retain customers
– Monitor email performance and make data-driven improvements
– Segment and target email campaigns for different customer groups
Webshop Email Marketing:
– Manage email flows and campaigns for the webshop using Klaviyo or similar tools
– Develop and implement webshop-specific email marketing strategies
– Personalize and optimize email content to drive webshop sales
– Analyze email campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments
Requirements:
– 3+ years proven experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant with a focus on account health management, listing optimization and overall improvements within the Amazon account.
– Proficiency in using flat files for bulk listing updates and troubleshooting.
– Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address listing issues effectively.
– 2+ years of exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a positive customer experience in the Amazon EU and VS marketplace
– Familiarity with Amazon’s Seller Central interface and policies.
– Fluent in English effective verbal and written communication, other languages are B2+
– Full time availability (32+ hours per week)
– Curious, eager to learn, proactive
