MISSION – We are looking for
Someone that is or want to become very good at finding the best suppliers, sourcing the highest quality products and negotiating the best possible terms with Chinese Suppliers.
*This role is 100% work from home. Work hours are Philippines daytime hours.
TASKS – As our Supply Chain Specialist, you will
– Negotiate daily with Chinese suppliers through Wechat and Whatsapp
– Find new suppliers on Alibaba
– Quality Check on PO’s that are in Production
– Monitor Shipment Logistics
– Make and Organize RFQ’s, Barcodes, Certificates, Agreements and other documents
***NOTE: Understand that this is a new role for Whale Brands and you may perform other duties then listed above**
COMPETENCIES – You
– Like the idea of negotiating with very smart Chinese suppliers
– Are willing to work in the weekends and more then 40 hours per week
– Like to become an expert in working with Chinese Factories
