La Paella LLC is looking for an experienced Amazon Vendor Central specialist to manage our vendor account and catalog. The overall goal of this position is to develop and implement strategies and actions to increase our Amazon sales and to allow our Amazon account to run at peak performance. This position is for someone who is capable of providing top-level analysis and recommendations and who will also execute the required tasks to achieve our goals. The role would initially be part-time but would become full-time as your responsibilities expand.
RESPONSIBILITIES (tasks associated with the role):
-Review and improve our AV catalog and all product listings, top to bottom
-Keep daily tabs on our Amazon Vendor catalog with more than 100 ASINs. Identify and correct catalog errors. Monitor listings for unauthorized changes to prices, photos, descriptions, etc.
-Provide recommendations on how to optimize our listings from SEO and marketing perspective. Ensure listings have complete product titles, accurate product descriptions, and numerous photos.
-Track Buy Box results across all our ASINS, with daily reports. Solve performance issues of individual ASINs.
-Manage and execute submissions to the Born to Run program based on profitability analysis.
-Create and manage A+ Content and create our brand’s storefront
-Run regular audits and reports on our ASINs to check for account and product health
-Run targeted sponsored ads and coupons and track the results, bringing analysis and recommendations to leadership
-Run regular competitive landscape reports and analysis.
-Manage Brand Registry issues as needed
-Open cases as needed, track, follow up, and present case reports to leadership
REQUIREMENTS (expected proficiencies to excel in this role):
– You have at least 3 years of professional experience in Amazon Vendor Central account management and marketing
– You know the ins and outs of the Amazon Vendor Central portal, with a strong understanding of Amazon’s products and services, including advertising and retail
– You have proven experience of boosting sales through Sponsored Ads
– You are analytical, you’re a problem-solver, you’re super organized, and you have great follow-through
– If you have experience in other eCommerce platforms such as Big Commerce and Wayfair, that’s a plus
